Job summary

Fortinet in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a software engineer to design, develop and maintain features for Fortinet's FortiGate/FortiSwitch products. You will work on C/Linux, socket programming, and networking fundamentals in a multi-process/thread environment. Collaboration and timely delivery are emphasized.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of experience, familiarity with TCP/IP, ARM/x86, scripting in Shell and Python, and the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $134,000 - $220,000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion
