The Early Careers Project & Program Management Senior Consultant I role leads and evolves the early careers portfolio of programs including internships, apprenticeships, and full‑time rotational development participants for the Talent Enablement department within Allstate’s Human Resources organization. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring cohesive, scalable development experiences for early careers talent that align business needs with talent growth.
This job has no supervisory duties.
