Working closely with cross-functional teams in both business and technical areas, the Product Engineering Developer Intern will contribute to project work, analyze information, and support the development of solutions that address organizational needs. The Product Engineering Developer Intern is responsible for learning and applying specific aspects of the organization's processes, programs, and technologies while demonstrating increasing independence and ownership of assigned deliverables.This role will also need to:* Own components of project work and deliverables with guidance from an assigned mentor and manager.* Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations that inform real business decisions.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.* Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member and client experience.* Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership covering the project, results, and recommendations.* Maintain complete confidentiality of company business and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and applicable compliance policies.**What Do You Need to Be Successful?*** *Preferred:* Background in AI, Python, Cloud Engineering, AWS, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.* *Preferred:* Knowledge of Databricks, Salesforce, Microservices, or Mulesoft.* *Preferred:* Interest in Cloud Native Computing, Slight Reliability Engineering, Mule, eGateway, or Prompt Engineering* *Preferred:* Experience in Data Analytics.* *Preferred:* Exposure to Hadoop.
