Who are we?
Aon Transaction Solutions (“ATS”) is an industry-leading team specializing in brokerage of transaction liability insurance products, including Representations & Warranties, Tax, Litigation, and other Contingent risks, primarily in M&A transactions.
What are we looking for?
We seek an Analyst to join our Transaction Solutions Team, which provides insurance to mitigate M&A and tax-related risks. This role will impact our financial results and support client outcomes by assisting brokers throughout the insurance placement process, from prospecting to binding coverage. It is an in-office role with flexible remote work options, requiring at least 3 days per week in our New York office.

What You Will Do
Assist senior team members with data analysis, support insurance placement processes, and gain exposure to various insurance types related to M&A, including Representations and Warranties, Tax, and Litigation/Contingent risks.

Qualifications
0-2+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to obtain a Broker’s License within the first year.
Education
Seniors graduating between Spring 2024 and Spring 2025 with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Additional Information
This role does not offer immigration sponsorship. The salary range is $59,500 - $76,000, variable based on experience, education, location, and internal equity.
