Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive university and early‑career talent strategy aligned to Chatham’s workforce planning and growth objectives.
  • Create and execute campus branding strategies, digital campaigns, ambassador programs, and recruiting events.
  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of the internship and analyst development programs.
  • Partner with leaders to create structured onboarding, learning pathways, mentorship and other developmental experiences.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships (Scholars of Finance) through sponsorships, target universities, faculty relationships, career centers, and diversity‑focused initiatives that strengthen Chatham’s visibility and access to world‑class talent communities.
  • Establish talent acquisition goals, conversion metrics, and program success measures.
  • Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, university and early‑career investments.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive talent practices to continuously evolve Chatham’s approach to early‑career talent.
Impact

Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, business leaders, Marketing, and external partners. Establish governance, processes, and standards that ensure consistent program execution and capability‑building experiences aligned with future workforce needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, University Recruiting, Leadership Development, or related talent functions.
  • Experience designing and managing internship, analyst, rotational, or early‑career programs.
  • Experience developing university partnerships and campus recruiting strategies.
  • Demonstrated success building employer brand and employee value proposition initiatives.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Workday (preferred).
