• ABET‑accredited degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong academic record with intellectual curiosity.
• Internship or co-op experience in engineering or public works is a plus.
• Motivation to learn, adapt, and contribute across project types.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering education to real‑world public infrastructure projects with mentorship.
• Gather data and support analysis for planning, design, and construction.
• Perform entry‑level design calculations and prepare base maps from survey data.
• Participate in field visits and construction observations with guidance.
• Revise reports and visuals based on supervisor feedback.
• Gain hands‑on experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling tools.
• Support projects across water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, and transportation.
• Collaborate across offices and disciplines on multi‑office teams.
