Job summary

Flow Engineering is hiring early career software engineers to help build AI-powered capabilities that let teams author, review, and manage requirements more effectively. You will ship code to production in your first weeks and work with customers building rockets, satellites, and aircraft.

This role is NOT a new grad role; 0-2 years of experience required. You will gain autonomy and responsibility while learning full-stack and AI engineering from experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years engineering experience with solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to build real software through internships, research, or personal projects.
• Some exposure to modern LLM tooling or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered features for requirements drafting and validation.
• Contribute to agentic workflows enabling design exploration and simulation.
• Work across the stack from backend services to UI to deliver complete features.
• Help build data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Talk to customers and iterate based on actual usage.
• Learn domain: hardware requirements engineering and domain complexity.
