Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Recruiting and Programs Coordinator to shape the early-career candidate journey, from sourcing top talent to delivering an engaging program experience for interns, co-ops, and rotational participants.

You will blend event execution with recruiting support, managing pipelines, coordinating campus and intern programs, and collaborating with recruiters and HR to streamline onboarding and logistics at our Atlanta headquarters.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional, internship, or campus leadership experience in recruiting support, event coordination, marketing, or project management—we are ready to train and invest in the right candidate!
• Strong curiosity about talent acquisition and learning to proactively source candidates and build pipelines.
• Passion for brainstorming outreach strategies and creative event concepts to engage early-career candidates.
• Hospitality and event execution with attention to detail for campus events, social gatherings, or virtual workshops.
• High learning agility with a proactive, can-do attitude to build a career in talent management or recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Source emerging talent across campus networks and manage full life-cycle recruiting tasks.
• Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS from outreach to interview process.
• Coordinate logistics for campus and intern program events (orientation, Q&A sessions, workshops, presentations).
• Manage vendor communications, swag orders, venue bookings, and virtual event setups.
• Maintain the master calendar for recruiting cycles, interview schedules, and cohort events.
• Serve as primary contact for candidate and program inquiries via email and team channels.
• Drive engagement initiatives, social activities, and peer mentorship for cohorts.
• Update and distribute recruiting materials, onboarding guides, and program handbooks.
• Track program metrics and pipeline analytics (sourcing conversion, event attendance, surveys).
• Partner with Recruiters, HR Ops, IT, and Hiring Managers to streamline onboarding and expenses.
