Specialized is seeking an Early Career & University Relations Recruiter in California to lead internship, co-op, and early-career hiring. You will build pipelines with universities, collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire.

You’ll influence recruiting strategy across Engineering, Design, Product, Digital, Operations, and Corporate functions and represent the brand at campus events and information

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, university relations, admissions, or related experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel for university recruiting events and campus partnerships.

Responsibilities
