Job summary

One Medical is seeking current Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residents finishing in 2026 or 2027 for roles in our Phoenix offices. You’ll provide in-person and testing center care, with telehealth options, under mentorship in a tech-enabled environment.

You’ll manage a patient panel, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams while supervising NP/PA colleagues. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive base salary.

• Currently enrolled in or completed within the last year an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or completed residency and awaiting next exam.
• Arizona license obtained before start date.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits

• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits

• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities

• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams

• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program

• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam

• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of ou r Phoenix offices. Du ring your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

The base salary range for this role is $170,400.00 to $268,425.00 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
