Job summary

One Medical is seeking current residents or fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for positions in Austin, TX. You will practice in a tech-enabled primary care setting, manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.

This full-time role requires Texas licensure or eligibility, Board eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, and completion of a residency in the last year.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency, or completed within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• Texas state licensure obtained before start date in Texas

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues where applicable

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of our Austin offices. During your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $167,900.00 - $264,500.00 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
