• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering.
• Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Internship, co-op, research, project, or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with CAD, testing, manufacturing, data analysis, project management, or continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Analyze technical data and develop solutions to engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management.
• Participate in product design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present recommendations and project results to engineering leaders and stakeholders.
