Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 1–3 years of mechanical engineering experience in power systems or related fields.
• Thermal-hydraulic and design modification experience preferred.
• Proficiency in preparing mechanical calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to document design specs.
• Willingness to travel and work at client sites; ability to climb stairs and walk-downs.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality with minimal oversight.
• Produce high-quality engineering documents meeting industry codes and client standards.
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
• Conduct site visits to observe plant systems and client interactions.
• Support client needs with clear communication and proactive problem solving.
