Job summary

Invesco in New York is seeking a high-potential student for a 9-week Summer Internship in Real Estate. You’ll work with Credit or Equity teams, gain hands-on experience, and learn from industry professionals in a global investment firm.

You’ll build financial models in Excel and Argus, participate in meetings, and may receive a full-time offer through our Early Career Program after graduation. Minimum GPA 3.2, rising junior, strong Excel and analytical skills, and ability to work in our New York

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and rising junior graduating by summer 2028.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Majors: Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related business field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and updating property and portfolio level financial models in Excel and Argus.
  • Participate in internal and external client meetings and due diligence sessions.
  • Support written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities.
  • Contribute to real-world cash studies and a capstone project.
