Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist to ensure availability, performance, and security of enterprise networks. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and support multi-vendor environments, collaborating with engineers and customers to resolve issues and improve reliability.

Responsibilities include change execution, secure connectivity, incident analysis, and documentation. A CCNP or equivalent and ITIL familiarity are preferred; hybrid work is supported compatible with U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience supporting enterprise network environments with routing and switching.
• Familiarity with WAN, VPNs, and secure connectivity.
• Ability to install, configure, and support network devices and infrastructure.
• Experience diagnosing network incidents and performing root-cause analysis.
• CCNP or equivalent networking knowledge; ITIL processes familiarity.

Working in a complex, multi-vendor environment, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining , troubleshooting, and supporting network infrastructure that enables business-critical operations. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required SkillsFoundational experience supporting enterprise network environments with routing and switching technologies.Working knowledge of network protocols, addressing, traffic flow, and connectivity principles.Ability to monitor and manage network availability, performance, and capacity.Experience troubleshooting network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues.Familiarity with WAN technologies, VPNs, and secure network connectivity.Understanding of network security concepts, risks, and vulnerabilities.Ability to install, configure, and support network devices and infrastructure components.Foundational experience handling network incidents, service requests, and operational support activities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to isolate and diagnose issues.Experience documenting configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting activities.Strong communication and customer support skills.CCNP certification or equivalent networking knowledge.Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational best practices.Preferred SkillsExperience with BGP and advanced routing technologies.Experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN), including Cisco ACI.Experience supporting network security technologies such as Check Point or Cisco Firepower firewalls.Experience with F5 load balancers, NSX, or other advanced infrastructure technologies.Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible.Experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise environments.Exposure to network engineering, infrastructure modernization, or cloud networking initiatives.The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $ 55,200, to, $99,240, based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.Your actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction , including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job-related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration.
