Job summary

Qualifications

  • Portfolio demonstrates strong visual design work across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong foundation in typography, color, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
  • Early career experience applying brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and reusable components.
  • Ability to maintain visual consistency across digital products, presentations, campaigns, and experiences.
  • Understanding user-centered design, usability, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
  • Early career experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX, content, and development.
  • Ability to communicate design rationale and participate effectively in design reviews.
  • Awareness of technical constraints and implementation considerations.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area) :$76,080 to $137,040California (All Other): $69,720 to $125,640Colorado: $63,360 to $114,120Massachusetts/Virginia: $63,360 to $125,640New York City: $76,080 to $137,040Washington: $69,720 to $125,640Washington DC: $69,720 to $125,640 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
