Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, Arch, or related field preferred.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply; 1–3 years PM experience a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CM software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing multiple commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop project schedules, phasing plans, and material requirements.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and project schedules.
• Track job costs, purchase orders, project documentation, and work-in-progress updates.
• Review plans, specifications, and project takeoffs.
• Communicate with customers, field teams, vendors, and internal departments.
• Visit project sites to monitor safety, quality, progress, and schedule compliance.
• Assist with job walks, estimating, and smaller service projects as needed.
