Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an Early Career Business Analyst to turn data into insights that improve health and human services outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities include building Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and automation using Python and SQL. This is a fully remote role within the continental US with strong learning and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Experience with large data sets to support reporting and analytics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and insights.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience building advanced Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile environments.
• Experience working with health and human services, government programs, or highly regulated industries.

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
