Your Role as an Early Career Analyst

We are building a pool of early career consulting professionals who are interested in part-time entry-level roles in marketing, business operations, content coordination, and program/project management. These roles are ideal for recent graduates or professionals early in their careers who are eager to contribute to client work across a variety of exciting projects.

Analyst roles may include:

• Business Project Coordinator
• Content or Program Analyst

Successful candidates will have exposure to fast-paced client environments, cross-functional teams, and the opportunity to grow into more advanced consulting or specialist roles.

How you’ll contribute

• Support the execution of marketing, sales, or business operations projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
• Contribute to content development, reporting, data collection, and communications.
• Assist in meeting scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain project tracking systems and tools.

Your Skills and Approach:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, project tracking platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet), and virtual collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Canva Magic, Notion AI, GrammarlyGO) to improve daily workflows.
• Ability to solve problems and enhance productivity through practical AI applications.
• Comfortable adopting new AI technologies and integrating them into routine tasks.
• A collaborative mindset and an eagerness to learn.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for these roles is $20 to $30 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to these positions and may vary for other roles.
