Howden is launching a 12-month Graduate Program in Financial Lines designed for recent graduates ready to build a meaningful career in insurance. • Build relationships with insurers and underwriters while developing an understanding of coverage structures and negotiations.
• Participate in client meetings, internal strategy discussions, and renewal planning sessions.

Our Graduate Program

From day one, you'll build an understanding of how different risks are assessed, placed, and managed, while developing the technical and commercial skills needed to advise clients effectively.

Throughout the program, you'll develop the technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and professional skills needed to succeed in a broking career. Your experience will include structured learning, professional development workshops, networking opportunities, mentoring, and access to senior leaders through speaker events and interactive sessions.

We're looking for recent graduates or students graduating soon from any degree discipline who are excited to learn, curious about business, and interested in understanding how organizations manage risk and navigate complex challenges.
