From day one you’ll ship features across a growing suite of products, learning scalable system design while working closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver delightful experiences.

You’ll grow rapidly, with mentorship, ownership of real projects, and a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact for millions of users in a hybrid environment requiring 2 days weekly

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in computer science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and software design.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Python/JavaScript/Java/Go/C++).
• Experience building software via internships, projects, or coursework.

• Ship production-grade code for AI-powered productivity tools.
• Build features across Grammarly, Coda, Superhuman Mail, and Go.
• Work with AI tech and modern web frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Develop AI-native features using large language models.

• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and scalability discussions.
