You’ll contribute to features across our core products, learn large-scale system design, and grow through mentorship, ownership of real projects, and a culture that values collaboration and technical excellence in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, graduating 2026/2027.
• Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience building software via internships, projects, or coursework.
• AI-native approach using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude, Codex) for productivity.
• Understanding of system design, databases, and back-end architecture.

Responsibilities

• Ship production‑grade code impacting millions of users.
• Build and iterate features across core products (Grammarly, Coda, Go, Superhuman Mail).
• Work with AI technologies and modern web frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams for great UX.
• Develop AI‑native features leveraging LLMs and NLP.
• Learn to build large‑scale distributed systems with high availability.
• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and team direction.
• Grow rapidly through mentorship and hands‑on ownership.
