Job summary

Learning Care is seeking Assistant Teachers in Colorado to support daily child care and learning in a warm, engaging classroom. The role follows licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure high-quality care for every child while maintaining a clean, organized space.

We provide extensive training on childcare and child development topics, and we value your growth through ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and credential assistance, plus our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Assistant Teachers

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.

Assistant Teacher: $19.00-$20.00

• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
• All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
