Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone within 3 rings with a friendly tone
• Take guest orders and handle cash and credit transactions
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system
• Address guest concerns efficiently and courteously
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and wraps per recipe specifications
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and suggest additional options
• Ensure food quality and safety
• Greet guests warmly upon entering and leaving
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
