Job summary

A growing technology firm is seeking a Java Developer with over 5 years of experience to develop and deploy applications in a dynamic team environment. Candidate should have strong skills in Java and EAI technologies like WESB and JBOSS Fuse, along with abilities in web application development using HTML5 and Angular JS. Good analytical and client-facing presentation skills are required. This full-time position is open to U.S. citizens and lawful residents only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Java technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in EAI (WESB and/or JBOSS Fuse).
• Recent experience building web applications using HTML5, Angular JS, and Bootstrap.

Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Job Description

• At least 5 years of experience with Excellent technology understanding of Java, JEE
• At least 3 years of experience in EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) technologies like WESB (IBM Websphere Enterprise Service Bus) and/or JBOSS Fuse.
• At least 5 years of experience in development, Requirements, testing, deployment of applications using Java, SQL Server
• Recent experience in building web applications using HTML5, Angular JS, Bootstrap, Web Services. At least 1 successful development & deployment experience is required
• At least 2 years experience in building and consuming web services (REST & SOAP), Web APIs
• At least 3 years of experience Software Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of common software development practices
• Good Analytical skills
• Good to have experience in Insurance domain
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Java technologies.
