Job summary

A growing technology firm in South Carolina is seeking experienced candidates for a Full-Time Permanent position specializing in J2EE application development. Candidates should have at least 5 years in the field, along with strong analytical and team-oriented skills. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Bizflow, Angular JS, and the software development life cycle. This opportunity is open only to U.S. citizens and authorized workers, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in J2EE application development, maintenance, and testing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Bizflow and Angular JS framework preferred.
• Domain knowledge of Insurance is a plus.
• Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation and creation of application architecture documents.
• Deliver high-quality code and support implementation activities.
• Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform design and code reviews, independent testing, and change management.
• Support client interfacing activities and create the relevant reports in a timely manner.

Job Description

• At least 5 years of experience in J2EE application development, maintenance and testing.
• At least 4 years of experience working with Bizflow, Angular JS framework preferred.
• Domain knowledge of Insurance
• At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs.
• Contribute to requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition;
• Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC
• Perform design and code reviews, independent testing, change management processes, implementation activities and post implementation support.
• Ability to contribute to estimations and scheduling the projects.
• Support client interfacing activities and create the relevant reports in a timely manner.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore resources.
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Java J2EE technologies.
