Qualifications

Job Description

Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our growing team. Located in Appleton, WI, overlooking the Fox River, our community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a beautiful 136-unit apartment-style setting. We pride ourselves on stable management and a welcoming staff.

Shifts Available

Part-Time PMs, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation

$27-$32.50 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care.
  2. Ensure proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  3. Assist in developing staffing plans and nursing schedules based on resident needs.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
  • Experience in restorative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including email usage.
