What You'll Do as a Lead Teacher:

  • Bring our beautifully designed curriculum to life — with flexibility to add your own creativity and spark.
  • Foster a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe to explore and grow.
  • Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and photo sharing.
  • Collaborate with your co-teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Juggle, pivot, and problem-solve in a fast-paced, joyful setting.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • A high school diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience working in a licensed preschool
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • A love for young children and a drive to help them thrive (required)

Bonus points if you have:

  • A CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • 5–10 years in a licensed program OR 2–3 years in a Montessori school
