Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Staff Member at the Froedtert Men Falls Hospital facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This on-site, full-time role (FTE 1.0) involves maintaining a clean, safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines, and delivering strong patient and staff service.

The position operates during a 2:30pm-11pm shift with rotating weekend coverage. Minimum 1 year of EVS/Housekeeping experience is required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires reading, writing, or understanding English and communicating effectively with patients, visitors and staff.

Standard Hours: 80.00.

Shift: Shift 2.

Shift Details: 2:30pm-11pm Fri-Mon-Tue-Wed-Thur Sat-Sun-Tue-Wed-Thur. Holidays: Rotating Holidays. Weekends: Every other weekend off.

Job Summary

The EVS Staff Member will be expected to provide a clean and safe environment at all times while observing safe practices, infection control measures, customer service standards and departmental policies as listed, but not limited to, in this job description. Operates power equipment for maintenance and cleaning of floors.

Experience Required

A minimum of 1 year of EVS/Housekeeping experience is required.

Experience Preferred

A minimum of 6 months of Floor Tech experience is highly preferred.

Education Preferred

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Special Skills Required

Requires the ability to read, write or understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff while performing housekeeping duties.
