Position Summary: Warehouse Operator I

- Loads and unloads box trailers (finished products/supplies).
- Resupplies distribution centers with finished goods/products.

Position Summary: Warehouse Operator I
- Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusts entries.
- Conducts physical inventories for department supplies.
- Organizes unloading of raw materials and components.
- Coordinates all deliveries through common carriers. Inspects all packages with packing lists, notifies owners via email, and updates final or partial delivery in Nephron PIMS.
- Ensures components and raw materials are accurately documented, inventoried, and stored.
- Responsible for initial training of new employees.
Position Summary: Warehouse Operator III
- Maintains effective communication with production, sales, and management teams.
- Oversees warehouse shipping functions to ensure efficient operations.
- Serves as a liaison for common carrier services.
- Monitors shift performance and provides feedback to management.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records accurately.
- Works in shipping/receiving warehouse, loading products on pallets.
- Multitasks and works independently; prioritizes and performs tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Uses customized inventory management systems to process orders.
- Maintains a clean and organized warehouse.
- Interacts effectively with all levels of management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to pass drug tests.
- Team player mentality.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to make decisions aligned with organizational objectives and long-term consequences.
- Values safety, teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., vision (20/20), bending, climbing, reaching, standing, sitting, walking, gripping, talking, and hearing.
- Wears PPE as assigned and complies with gowning and safety requirements.
Salary range: Based on experience.
