EXPANSIA Group is seeking a schedule-focused professional to join the Aether Aerospace defense technology platform in Huntsville, AL. Immediate start for a full-time position developing and maintaining the master schedule for Army aviation programs using Primavera.
You will conduct schedule analyses, cost/schedule integration, and Earned Value Management reporting, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce actionable insights and recovery plans.

Gather data,establish, andmaintaina Project Master Schedule for an Army Aviation Acquisition ProgramutilizingPrimavera. Coordinate and align inputs from participating groups.
Conducting schedule analysis and assessments to ensure schedules are structured properly with complete network logic,are capable of reportingcritical path(s), and follow industry scheduling best practices.
Conduct trend analysis, baseline vs current, margin assessment, cost/schedule risk assessments, durationcompressionand health checks.
Tracking schedule progress and developing custom reports/metrics.
Providing guidance and recommendations on schedulework-aroundsand recovery plans for customers to make effective decisions.
Conducting cost and schedule integration, ensuring budget and resource requirements for programs/projects are realistic and achievable. Assessing the impacts resulting from changes to project cost,scheduleor technical baselines.
Update at specified intervals thecurrent statusof the project,variancesand related actions. Obtain from participating groups monthly progress updates to schedule activities andconsolidateinto the project master schedule.
Interpret the results of the subsequent analyses,identifyingcritical activities and their effects on the schedule andvalidatethat remedial actions will meet customer requirements. Report the project status to the Stakeholders and develop “what if” scenarios and recovery plans as needed. Maintain andoperatechange control process.
Participate in the Risk Management process and manage schedule related mitigation and avoidance actions.
Conduct Earned Value Management reporting and monitoring on a monthly basis.
Analyze performance data and prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs).
Support the annual PPBE processinternalto the Project Office.
Provideexpert guidance and implementation and management of integrated scheduling tools.
Prepareof written and verbal reportsformanagementregardingcost schedule variances.
Conduct weekly IMS reviews.
Participate inchangecontrol boards and other meetings asrequiredto ensure proper resource planning and forecasting.
Must be fully trained/experienced in Primavera as a scheduling tool.
Must be experienced in EVM and establishing EACs.
Experience in managing life cycle support strategies and the required acquisition documentation.
Knowledge and experience managing, planning, and executing complex projects Ability to support complex acquisition development projects.
Work effectively with others and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Teamwork focused on conducting studies,logisticsand technical projects, or problem resolution.
Strong interpersonal relations skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Expert level of familiarity with Microsoft Office products
$95,000 - $118,000 a year
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
