Responsibilities

• Selects merchandise to complete customer online orders.
• Sorts and unloads merchandise into refrigeration, frozen, or dry storage areas.
• Uses a digital tool to pick items, pack orders, and retrieve orders for customers.
• Makes decisions on customer requests if items are unavailable.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists in-store customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and stock in eStore areas.
• Follows SOPs and maintains productivity standards.
• Performs eStore curbie duties as needed.
