Job Description: E-Scooter Delivery Driver

Veo is seeking operations professionals passionate about providing excellent rider experiences by maintaining vehicles and improving fleet efficiency. Responsibilities include locating, swapping batteries, rebalance vehicles, and performing quality checks and minor repairs.

Shift Schedule: Wednesday 2pm-10pm, Thursday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 6am-2pm, Sunday 6am-2pm.

Ideal Candidate: A team player who enjoys problem-solving, working with hands, and staying active during shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks
• Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries
• Rebalance scooters between demand areas
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks
• Respond to on-demand requests for scooter retrieval or location
• Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Smartphone and app proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of local geography
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends
