Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver license.

• Required to be able to lift heavy scooters.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions for shift tasks.
• Drive company van to locate and swap batteries.
• Rebalance scooters from low demand to high demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.

Shifts

• Friday - Monday 3pm - 11pm
• Wednesday - Sunday 7am - 3pm
• Thursday - Sunday, 3pm-11pm
• Tuesday - Saturday 3pm - 11pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 11pm - 7am

A company van is provided to all employees. Candidates must have reliable transportation to the warehouse on South Nelson Road in Columbus, OH.

Job Summary

Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and continually improving the efficiency of our fleet operations. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate, swap batteries, and rebalance vehicles throughout the city and perform quality checks and minor repairs.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who loves to solve problems, work with their hands, and be active throughout an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow the mobile App instruction to complete shift tasks
• Drive the company van to find scooters and swap batteries
• Rebalance scooters from low demand to high demand areas
• Perform basic repair and quality check
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Have a smartphone and be App-savvy
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters without assistance
• Good communication and attention to detail
