Job summary

Veo is seeking E-Scooter Delivery Drivers in Grand Rapids, MI to keep our local fleet running smoothly and safely. You will locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance units across the city, perform basic repairs, and respond to on-demand requests.

A team-oriented, hands-on role with physical duties; you will be active throughout an entire shift and must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a reliable smartphone. Flexible shifts include mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Have a smartphone and be App-savvy
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters without assistance
• Good communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Follow the mobile App instruction to complete shift tasks
• Drive a company’s van to find scooters and swap battery
• Rebalance scooters from low demand to high demand areas
• Perform basic repair and quality check
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters
• Other duties as assigned
