Job summary

VeoRide, Inc. is seeking operations professionals to keep riders satisfied by maintaining our e-scooters, swapping batteries, and optimizing fleet efficiency in Santa Monica.

The role fits team players who like hands-on work and staying active throughout shifts; PT or FT schedules with afternoon into evening hours are available. Must be 21+, hold a valid license, and be proficient with a smartphone.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Have a smartphone and be App-savvy
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters without assistance
• Good communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Follow the mobile App instruction to complete shift tasks
• Drive a company’s van to find scooters and swap battery
• Rebalance scooters from low demand to high demand areas
• Perform basic repair and quality check
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters
• Other duties as assigned
