Job description

Scope

Performs a wide range of assembly and troubleshooting tasks with moderate independence.

Core Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering documentation, including blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematics.
• Assemble and install switch panels, electrical, mechanical components, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Program lighting systems per engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot 12 V DC and 110 V AC electrical systems.
• Repair and rebuild mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Conduct functional testing and diagnose faults.
• Trace wiring, repair connections, and replace components as needed.
• Perform equipment setup and changeovers.
• Identify discrepancies in prints, BOMs, and shop orders.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of 12 V DC and 110 V AC electrical systems.
• Proficient mechanical assembly processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation independently.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems (preferred).

Problem Solving

• Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify non‑conforming products and assist with corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (optional overtime Friday & Saturday) or Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (optional overtime Friday & Saturday).
