Scope

Acts as a subject matter expert and team leader, handling complex systems, mentoring others, and supporting production planning.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of:
  • Electrical systems (complex wiring, controls)
  • Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs unassisted
• Diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues
• Lead testing, validation, and final system verification
• Serve as a technical advisor to supervisors
• Assist in:
  • Production planning
  • Daily/weekly scheduling
• Review and scrub:
  • Print packages
  • BOMs
  • Shop orders (identify and correct discrepancies)
• Optimize workflows and support process improvements

Leadership & Training

• Train and mentor new and transferred employees
• Lead by example in:
  • Safety
  • Quality
  • Work ethic
• Support team development and knowledge sharing

Technical Skills

• Expert-level understanding of:
  • Electrical systems (12V DC / 110V AC)
  • Schematics and system integration
  • Hydraulic systems (strongly preferred)
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic ability

• Independently resolve highly complex issues
• Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
