• Experience with multimedia product design/delivery including online course management system software.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the creative development and delivery of multi-media instructional/educational materials.
• Provide technical assistance/support to E-Learning Lab users.
