Pivto Better Learning is a dynamic healthcare learning company dedicated to creating engaging, high-quality video-based learning content. We are seeking talented on-camera professionals to join our production team in our St. Louis or Austin, TX studios.

Job Description

We are hiring charismatic and professional On-Camera Talent to deliver educational content for our eLearning video productions. This role requires in-person work at our St. Louis studio, where you will perform scripted content using a teleprompter to create polished, engaging videos for learners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted educational content on-camera with clarity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Operate a teleprompter effectively to ensure smooth and natural delivery.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and production crew to achieve the desired performance and tone.
• Adapt to direction and feedback during shoots to meet project goals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on set.

Requirements

• Must have a professional on-camera demo reel showcasing previous on-camera work (submit with application).
• Teleprompter trained with demonstrated ability to deliver scripted content naturally.
• Proven experience as an on-camera talent (eLearning, corporate videos, or similar preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage an audience.
• Comfortable working in a studio environment and collaborating with a production team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Local to or able to commute to St. Louis, MO or Austin, TX for in-person studio work.
