Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Group Leader/Supervisor for Extractables & Leachables (E&L) within its Analytical Development, GMP CRO environment. The role oversees daily lab operations, develops staff, and ensures high-quality data packages from project initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/biopharma/CRO labs, strong leadership, and expertise in E&L with LC-MS/GC-MS, GMP, and data integrity. On-site, full-time with fast-paced client projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pharma/biopharmaceutical/CRO analytical lab.
• Experience leading teams and developing staff.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to ensure GMP compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of scientists and analysts performing E&L studies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and workload to meet client commitments.
• Serve as a technical and operational resource for E&L projects and client interactions.
• Review and approve protocols, reports, data packages, investigations, and lab documentation.
• Ensure GMP compliance, QA systems, and data integrity requirements.
• Partner with QA and cross-functional teams to maintain inspection readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance lab efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Support business growth through technical expertise and client engagement.
