Job summary

ELPEN Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. is seeking an Analytical R&D Team Leader to guide a skilled group focused on method development and validation of pharmaceutical products and raw materials.

You will ensure GMP compliance, write protocols and reports, and collaborate with QC, QA, and CMC to deliver robust analytical solutions. The role requires a chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences degree, 3+ years in Analytical Development, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of HPLC and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years in Analytical Development within pharma.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of analytical method development and validation.
• GMP, Data Integrity and ICH guidelines knowledge.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Analytical R&D team.
• Plan and supervise analytical method development, validation and optimization.
• Ensure GMP compliance, data integrity and internal SOP adherence.
• Write or review analytical protocols, reports and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during method development.
• Collaborate with QC, QA and CMC for method implementation.
• Participate in customer and regulatory audits/inspections.
• Oversee laboratory equipment and resources.
