Job summary

PPI Quality & Engineering is seeking QC Specialists to witness inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with codes, customer specifications, and procedures at client sites in Morgantown, WV. You will validate calibration, verify technician certifications, and deliver clear inspection reports supporting informed decisions.

As a Customer Representative, you will coordinate with suppliers, promote safe practices, and contribute to continuous quality improvements while adhering to HSSE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of third‑party inspection processes (NDE, FAT, Assembly).
• Familiar with industry quality standards and codes (API, ASNT, ASME, NACE, DS-1).
• Clear verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers.
• Basic PC skills and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Team player able to meet schedules and work long hours/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Witness inspections and testing per plans and standards.
• Verify equipment calibration and technician certifications.
• Generate reports documenting inspections and acceptance.
• Act as Customer Representative with suppliers.
• Promote safe work practices and HSSE objectives.
• Communicate progress to coordinators and customers.
• Comply with PPI QMS and documented information.
