Job summary

Kiwa PPI is expanding its Quality Control team with experienced QC Specialists to perform and witness inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with industry codes, customer specifications, and Kiwa PPI procedures. You will verify equipment calibration and produce clear inspection reports that support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Understanding of third-party inspection processes (NDE, FAT, Assembly).
• Knowledge of API, ASNT, ASME, NACE, DS-1 quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic PC skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet schedules, including long hours/weekends.
• Decision-making abilities for day-to-day operations.
• Electrical Certification is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Witness inspections and testing per plans and standards.
• Verify calibration/certification of inspection equipment.
• Validate technician certifications are current.
• Act as customer representative at supplier/fabrication sites.
• Generate and document inspection reports (acceptance/rejection).
• Ensure HSSE objectives and safety guidelines are followed.
• Communicate progress and results to coordinators and stakeholders.
• Adhere to Kiwa PPI Quality Management System.
