Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking an E&I Field Engineer to support the Project Manager and Field Superintendent. The role involves planning, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and resolving day-to-day issues to meet time and budget goals.

The candidate will work on a roughly 6.5–7 month assignment, with a 10-hour day, Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend makeup. Per diem of $125/day applies under mileage/eligibility rules.

Qualifications

• Must have prior E&I Field Engineer Experience (≥3 years).
• Willing to travel and have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver license and be insurable.
• Industrial Electrician (≥4 years).
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Interact with key Project Team and Client Organization to develop overall project construction plans and master schedules.
• Analyze durations and logic of all E&I project phases to ensure credible schedules and clear critical paths.
• Provide scenario "what if" planning and quantitative risk analysis of schedule.
• Set up, prepare and maintain weekly/monthly project reports including progress, schedule performance, cost forecasting and cash flow forecasting.
• Direct and lead others, clearly convey information, actively communicate and work collaboratively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
• Review changes in the Scope of Work and initiate/change orders.

Job description

Salary Range: $45.00 To $55.00 Hourly

The E&I Field Engineer assists the Project Manager and Field Superintendent in managing all aspects of the Project including the organization, planning, scheduling, subcontractor scheduling and day-to-day issues, in a manner that results in completion of the Project on time, on budget and a quality that meets or exceeds the Customers and Company expectations. By ensuring proper Company/Customer procedures are followed and established and schedules are adhered to.

• Job Duration – Approximate 6.5/7 months
• Job Schedule – M-F, 10 hour days (minimum 50 hours/week) Inclement weather/other make up on Saturday/Sunday
• Per Diem - $125.00/day (Must meet mileage requirements, Verifiable address/utility bill, etc. 60 miles or more from Project location)

• Set up, prepare and maintain weekly/monthly Project and program reports including quantitative progress and analysis, schedule performance, cost forecasting and cash flow forecasting.
• Possess ability to direct and lead others, clearly convey information, actively communicate and work in a collaborative manner.
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance at work.
• Realize/review changes in the Scope of Work and initiate and track Change Orders.
