Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and strong communication skills. Shift is Friday-Sunday (6am–5pm), with emphasis on staffing, cost control, and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors.
• Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity.
• Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service.
• Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals.
• Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals.
• Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards.
• Lead direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl’s policies and practices.
• Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision.
• Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers.
• Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback.
