Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of development experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, C++, Python, Perl, or Java.
• Experience unit testing & deploying MVC.NET web applications to IIS independently.
• Experience writing complex queries & stored procedures using SQL Server.
• Desire for experience in Power BI reporting and RPA tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices.
• Analyze business or system processes to identify improvements.
• Interact with end-users, management, vendors, and IT staff.
• Produce functional design specifications from user requirements.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and configure software applications.
• Create design documents, user guides, test cases, and related materials.
• Troubleshoot applications via debugging and log inspection; deploy fixes.
• Collaborate with government staff and contractor teams to meet objectives.
