Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Requires substantial programming experience in the specific systems environment.
• At least two years of directly applicable experience required.
• At least three years of overall programming experience, including large-scale database management systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs.
• Translate program requirements into program code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs to meet specifications.
• Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Develop standard reports and create ad-hoc reports as needed.
