Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• 2+ years directly applicable programming experience.
• 3+ years overall programming experience; experience with large-scale databases preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain a complex program independently.
• Translate program requirements into working code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs per specifications.
• Revise programs to improve efficiency and reduce run time.
• Develop data entry screens and user interfaces; create and generate standard and ad hoc reports.
