Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. invites applications for a Styling Intern for Free People to support on-figure and product styling across apparel, accessories, shoes, and beauty items. The role is based in the Free People Photo Studio, working on e-commerce shoots and collaborating with Photography and Merchandising teams.

The intern will develop trend presentations, refine styling techniques, and help maintain studio organization while contributing to the brand’s creative direction for FW 2027.

Qualifications

• Passion for on-figure styling and current fashion trends is expected.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Set preparations: steam, hang, organize, lint roll, and prep accessories before each shoot.
• Maintain on-set organization and assist lead stylist with dressing models.
• Refine styling techniques by partnering with lead stylists on set.
• Record cross-sell information for 'Shop the Look' data entry and coordinate with file management.
